Burnt Cheese Press earned a Gold Award at the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA) Benjamin Franklin Awards this past weekend in Salt Lake City! Founder Kathy Strahs proudly accepted the Bill Fisher Award for Best First Book -- Nonfiction, an award for the first book from a new press, for The 8x8 Cookbook.
